Shin-Okachimachi Station is a stop on the Metropolitan Intercity Railway's Tsukuba Express and the Toei Subway's Oedo Line. Both stations are underground stations with one island platform and two tracks, with the Oedo Line on the second basement floor and the Tsukuba Express on the fourth basement floor. Local buses are also available from the nearest Shin-Okachimachi Station stop.
