Niiza City borders four cities and towns in Saitama Prefecture and four cities and wards in Tokyo. Sunflowers and rape blossoms bloom in the Honda Forest Flower Garden in the General Athletic Park, where a spring festival is also held. There are also many spots where you can enjoy nature throughout the seasons, such as the cherry blossom lined streets along the Kurome River, the cherry blossoms on Honda Greenway, and the autumn leaves at Heirinji Temple. Agriculture is also thriving in the region, with burdock, spinach, carrots, and other crops grown, and there is also a facility where you can pick grapes.
