Ina Town in Kitaadachi District is located on the Kanto Plain, with no mountains within the town, and is dominated by flat land. It was once a farming village that relied on the production of pears and grapes. However, improvements in transportation and the construction of educational facilities prompted the town to actively develop residential land. Ina Town in Kitaadachi District is also known as the town of roses, and there is a rose garden within the town. Other tourist attractions include the remains of the Ina clan residence and Mount Musen. Pears and grapes are still produced today, and are a local specialty. Wine made from these pears has also been developed and is gaining popularity as one of the town's local specialties. The Ina Festival is held in August.
