Tosu City in Saga Prefecture is adjacent to Kiyama Town and Kurume City in Fukuoka Prefecture. Located in the northeastern part of the prefecture, it is an area where many companies have set up operations. Due to the large number of factories, the city's main industry is manufacturing. It is also blessed with abundant nature, with mountains such as Mount Kusenbe and rivers such as the Chikugo River. In 1954, Tosu Town merged with other towns to become a city. Tourist attractions in the area include Asahiyama Park, where you can enjoy nature, Tosu Premium Outlets, where you can enjoy shopping, and the Nakatomi Memorial Pharmaceutical Museum. Other popular events include the Tosu Yayoi Festival in March and the Tosu Festival in July.
