Kurotaki Village in Yoshino County is an area blessed with a natural environment, with over 90% of the land covered in forest. Forestry is a major industry, supporting the lives of residents. In order to revitalize the community, efforts are being made to improve the educational environment and increase the number of elderly care facilities, so as not to inconvenience residents. This tranquil area, where you can enjoy nature to the fullest, offers a variety of scenery and experiences throughout the four seasons. In spring, fishing for rainbow wrasse is permitted in the Kurotaki River. The Kawabu Shrine Summer Festival is held almost every summer and fall. In winter, the entire village holds a Christmas party, and the community works together to create fun memories.
