Tourist attractions include Hozoji Temple, where a 140-year-old weeping cherry tree blooms in spring and is illuminated at night, attracting many visitors; Komadori no Yu, an open-air bath with a panoramic view of the village; the Urugi Village Natural Recreation Management Center; and Hoshifurusato Shopping Arcade.
