Ikusaka Village, part of the Higashichikuma District of Nagano Prefecture, is located close to Nagano City and Matsumoto City. Surrounded by mountains and covered with rice paddies, the area enjoys a warm climate throughout the year with relatively little rainfall, making it a comfortable environment.
