Oyamazaki Town, Otokuni District, Kyoto Prefecture, is the smallest town in Kyoto Prefecture, located at the western edge of the Otokuni region at the southwestern edge of the Kyoto Basin. Oyamazaki Town's specialty products are Kyoto vegetables such as eggplant and mizuna, and it is also famous nationwide for its bamboo shoots.
