About Tosa City
Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture, is located in the south-central part of the prefecture, bordering Kochi City and Susaki City. It is the smallest city in Kochi Prefecture. It is blessed with abundant nature, including mountains, rivers, and ponds. It merged with other areas in the past and became a city in 1959. Local specialties include Tosa Buntan, konatsu, and dried bonito flakes.
