Nada Ward in Kobe City has both industrial and residential aspects, with the waterfront area thriving as the Hanshin Industrial Zone and the Yamate area thriving as one of the most prestigious residential areas in the Kansai region. There are numerous tourist attractions, including a "tourist tea plantation," a rare sight in Kobe, and the "Hall of Halls Rokko," a museum housing music boxes from around the world.
