Kanna Town in Tano County is a very quiet area, surrounded by forests and mountains, with a nostalgic landscape and atmosphere. You can leisurely listen to the sounds of the river and the cries of the animals living in the forest, so just being in this town will put your mind at ease. This area is a small town in Gunma Prefecture, about an hour from Fujioka Interchange. It was newly established in 2003 after merging with surrounding areas. One of the main tourist attractions is the Kanna Town Dinosaur Center, where valuable artifacts such as dinosaur fossils that were actually discovered in this area in 1985 are on display. It is a spot that the town is proud of.
