Yoro Town, Yoro District, Gifu Prefecture, is located in the northwestern part of the prefecture, adjacent to Ogaki City and Kaizu City. In 1954, many towns and villages merged to form Yoro Town. Its main industry is agriculture, with the town boasting the second-largest rice paddy area in Gifu Prefecture. Tourist attractions include the park home to Yoro Falls and Kikusui Spring, both of which were selected as one of Japan's 100 best waterfalls. Visitors can drink or use the water, which has also been selected as one of Japan's 100 best waters. Other attractions include the Yoro Tenmei Hantenchi (Reversible Destiny Site), where visitors can enjoy unique facilities such as buildings with unconventional ceilings, walls, and furniture, as well as temples and shrines. There's also a shopping center, making it a popular place for local residents to relax.
