About Kambe Town
Kobe Town, Anpachi District, is a triangular flatland surrounded by mountain ranges. The Ibi River flows through the town from the east, providing an abundant water source. Mochi trees and roses are the symbols of the region, and were established on the 30th anniversary of the founding of Kobe Town, Anpachi District. Hiyoshi Shrine is a major tourist spot, and the three-story pagoda there is a valuable building that has been designated an Important Cultural Property. Various events are held throughout the year, including the Rose Festival in Godo and the Kobe Sanno Festival "Godo Fire Festival," which are two of the most famous spring events. The "Godo Fire Festival" is held during Golden Week and is a spectacular festival that is well-known nationwide.
