Kagamiishi Town in Iwase County is a town with a thriving dairy industry, with the Abukuma River and Shakado River flowing through it. Iwase Farm raises baby goats and ponies, and offers pony riding experiences. It also has a large garden filled with roses and cosmos, making it a popular tourist spot. At Torimiyama Park, you can enjoy flowers of all seasons. The iris garden within the park is filled with beautiful irises in full bloom in season. The iris is the town's designated flower. Cherry blossoms are at their best in spring, and autumn leaves in autumn. Kagamiishi Town is also a thriving agricultural town, and the soft, deep green "Iwase cucumber" is known nationwide. Other crops grown include koshihikari rice, mushrooms, strawberries, and apples.
