The area around Tamagawa Village Hall in Ishikawa County is home to Izumigo Station and Tamagawa Interchange. The village is rich in nature, with attractions like Mt. Kannon and the Abukuma River. Fukushima Airport is located in the area, straddling Sukagawa City in the same prefecture. Road construction was therefore carried out to ensure good access to the airport. Major tourist attractions include Otojigataki Falls and a monument bearing a haiku by Basho. There are many other historical attractions as well. One of Tamagawa Village's specialties is the "sarunashi" fruit. Locally grown sarunashi is processed into juice and wine to promote the area.
