Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, is located in the northern part of the prefecture, adjacent to Matsuyama City and Toon City. It is blessed with abundant nature, including mountains, rivers, and islands. The city's mascot, Bari-san, won the 2012 Yuru-chara Grand Prix. Tourist attractions include Nomauma Highland, where you can interact with Noma horses and rabbits; Imabari Castle, selected as one of Japan's 100 most famous castles; and Oyamazumi Shrine, home to the camphor trees designated as a national natural monument.
