The town of Shisui in Inba County is home to the "Sakenoi Legend," which inspired the town's name. A monument to the well can be found at Enpukuin Jinguji Temple. The ruins of Motosakura Castle are located on the hillside, a designated national historic site. Agriculture is also thriving, with wild yams and rice cultivated. Local specialties include the "sake" (sake), which is also used in the town's name, as well as peanuts, herbs, wild vegetable rice, and sashimi konjac. The Shisui Herb Garden "Herb Hill" is a popular tourist attraction. Numerous herbs are planted across the vast grounds, and you can purchase herb seedlings and sample herbal teas. Lake Inban is also a popular waterside garden for anglers, as it's a great place to catch crucian carp and carp.
