Rokunohe Town, Kamikita District, Aomori Prefecture, borders Oirase Town, Towada City, Gonohe Town, Sannohe District, Misawa City, and Tohoku Town. Characterized by flat terrain, the area has few mountains or lakeside areas. Rivers flow through Lake Towada, making the area blessed with abundant water resources, resulting in widespread rice paddies in the basin. The town also experiences little snowfall throughout the year and many days of mild weather. Agriculture is the main industry, with rice and carrot cultivation thriving. Garlic is also produced, and many signs promoting it can be seen throughout the town. Tateno Park is home to many wild cherry trees, making it a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Aomori Prefecture.
