Using our original machinery, we are able to process 3D curves down to the millimeter, enabling us to supply pre-cut materials with higher precision and quality. / We develop strong shear walls and metal fittings by repeatedly assembling and destroying structural frame test specimens and confirming the verification results. / Even for two-story wooden buildings, where this is not mandatory, Polas performs structural calculations for all buildings and processes them based on designs that ensure excellent seismic strength. / The Polas Group has accumulated detailed soil data on over 91,000 cases (as of April 2022). When soil reinforcement is required, we use Polas's proprietary SF-Raft ground improvement method to create safe and secure homes. / A 170mm thick concrete slab is poured to create a sturdy slab foundation with a 150mm rise width that firmly bonds the entire house to the ground and integrates it into the building. | |||||
