When soil reinforcement is required, we use Polas's proprietary SF-Raft ground improvement method to create safe and secure homes. / A 170mm thick concrete slab is poured to create a sturdy slab foundation with a 150mm rise width that firmly bonds the entire house to the ground and integrates it into the building.
